To help streamline the cancellation process we will allow you to use the Contact Us feature to submit a request to cancel reservations with arrival dates at least 7 days in the future. Please remember that we allow one transfer with no transfer fees per reservation if you would prefer to transfer your reservation instead of cancelling.

Do not submit a cancel request for a reservation with an arrival date in the next 7 days through this form.

If your reservation arrival date is TODAY, please contact the park directly to cancel your reservation. If your reservation arrival date is tomorrow through 7 days in the future, please login to your account to cancel your reservation or contact our reservation call center at 866/644-6727 for assistance.


In addition to the required fields, please include the reservation confirmation number, park, dates, site number and customer name in the comments section so we can verify the reservation prior to cancelling. If we cannot verify the reservation, it will not be cancelled, and you will not receive any refund.

Your request to cancel will be processed within 7 days. You will receive an email confirmation when the cancellation has been processed. Please do NOT include a credit card number with your request .

Refunds will be issued back to the original form of payment if possible. If that is not possible, you will be issued a refund check. You cannot submit a request to modify through this process.
